Seasons Greetings from the the Great Northwest, where we're enjoying a milder winter thanks to tire strongest El Nino in two decades (sorry 'bout that, California!). And where your emails and notes are arriving to stuff my scribe stockings (thanks out there!). From Virginia writes Bill T. White, who's now completed his family move from Newport, R. I.: "I have several things to mention. First, I'm sorry I couldn't be at the 25th I had been here for a year, and I was moving my family from Newport to Va. on July 4. I did see Don Fennessey earlier in the year, before he left for Paris. But, in the small world department, I ran into John Chenard a few days ago at NFCU in Vienna. I can't believe I recognized him. He is working for SAIC here at Tysons Corner. (Remember 1969-70-71?) I'm controller at a small government contractor here in suburban Va.—we do most of our work for the FAA in the infrastruc ture arena. A good part of our work is helping the FAA manage their telecommunications, which are flung far and wide. My two younger kids (grades two and four) are in school here in Fairfax, Va. The others are Kate, who is a senior at UVM, and Mark, who is a freshman at Fla. State."

And from Tampa, our new class President Greg Yadley announced outclass objectives: "1. Continue our strong financial support of Dartmouth; 2. Establish the '72 Tucker Fellowship as a viable program; 3. Maintain close communication among classmates; 4. Bridge the gap until our 30th Reunion with minireunions." Rounding out the other elected positions (treasurer, Chip Carstensen; vice president, Jon Einsidler; and secretary, me) the rest of '72's officers for the next five years are: newsletter editor, Fuzzy Thurston; mini-reunion co-chairs, Geoff Clear and John Deregt; and executive committee members Craig Bentley,Pete Broberg, John Burke, JamesConway, Fred Crossman, LaurenCummings, Joe Davis, Gary Dicovitsky,Dave Friend, Joel Hyatt, Bob Jeffe,Marc Josephson, Galen Kirkland, DaveKonker, Dick Krant, Oliver Lee, BevLove, John Manning, Jim McGraw,David Mechlin, Charlie Nearburg, WinNeuger, Bill Pollack, Shel Prentice,Mike Sack, Bill Schur, and Barry Weeks. I'm sure that Greg will be calling upon many of you to join us in leading the class of '72 forward, and both Fuzzy and I will be asking for more news from you to help us succeed in Greg's third objective.
