Hope that everyone had a good and pleasant summer. Hearing from classmates and friends has slowed down over the summer months but sure that it will pick back up in future columns.

Darrell W. Pierce, a member of Dykema Gossett PLLC's corporate finance group, was among the presenters at the spring meeting of the business law section, American Bar Association, held in Seattle, Washington. Pierce spoke on the topic of emerging case law under the new Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). After Dartmouth Darrell earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.

Steven White is living and working in New York City. His daughter, Erika, is a member of the class of '08. Congratulations to Steve. Also, Steve passed on information that Armond and Debbie Enos are in Boston and their oldest son just finished his first year at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Hope to see classmates at some of the Dartmouth football games this fall. Looks like the Big Green football team should fare well in the 2 004 season.
