Many of us are members of what has been dubbed the "sandwich" generation, as we are experiencing life with our parents as well as our children. Annie McLane Kuster is the co-author of The Last Dance: Facing Alzheimer's with Loveand Laughter. The professional scope of our orthopedic practice has expanded quite a bit recently—even though profitability remains a projection, everyone involved seems to be having a good time. My wife, Nancy Gantt, closed her private practice in general surgery, focusing on breast cancer. Our boys, Sesti and Mark, are 13 and 10. They play some hockey, play some piano, tear up the yard on their dirt bikes, like to fish with their grandfather and dabble at school work." Please send news.
