Uma Ramesh ’20 started a nonprofit in which students offer tutoring services to raise money to help Upper Valley residents pay for healthcare. Health Access for All provided free tutoring for children of essential workers in May.

Morano Gelato, a beloved place to be on a hot summer day, has closed for good, citing lockdowninduced financial hardship.

KUDOS

Government professor Jason Lyall earned a $200,000 grant by being named a 2020 Andrew Carnegie Fellow.

Men’s hockey coach Bob Gaudet ’81 retired in April after 23 seasons at the helm. He coached 752 games and won 331, both school records.
