CLASS OF 1878

Lewis Parkhurst serves on the Committee on Railroads in the Massachusetts house of representatives. This is a distinct compliment to a new member, as; this committee has before it the "merger" question, one of the most important matters to come before the legislature.

Charles D. Tenuey, LL.D., who has charge of the Chinese students sent to this country by their government, has been appointed lecturer on Chinese history at Harvard University.

Charles F. Templeton, after some years of practice of the law, has again been elected to the bench of North Dakota.
