Rev. William A. Barr, after seven years in a similar position in Norfolk, Va., became rector of St. Paul's church, Lynchburg, Va., in May last.
William R. Patterson, plant engineer of the Western Electric Company, returned in February from Japan, where he has been engaged in supervising the erection of a building for the company in Tokyo.
