Carroll Paul (T.S.C.E. '04), assistant civil engineer United States Navy,serving in the Bureau of Yards and Docks, has recently been transferred from Washington to the Norfolk Navy Yard.

Howard L. Ropes (T.S.C.E. '04) became in June transitman for the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad, St. Lawrence Division. He lives at 139 Winslow St., Watertown, N. Y.
