Emmett Hay Naylor has resigned the secretaryship of the Springfield Board of Trade to become secretary of the Writing Paper Manufacturers' Association. He will have his office in New York city.

L. Richard Dean, who has for the last two years been an instructor in Latin and Greek in Princeton University and a student in classical philology in the Princeton Graduate School, has won the American fellowship for study at the American school at Athens. This fellowship is awarded on the basis of an examination open to men of ail American colleges, and provides for advanced research work in Greek archaeology. .Mr. Dean is a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy this month.

Robert M. Stone of Winchester, Mass., was married in Warren, Mass., May 21, to Dorothy E. Deland, a graduate of Wellesley. and a daughter of Dr. Charles A. Deland of Warren. The ceremony was performed in the Congregational church, among the ushers being Dr. J. Harper Blaisdell '07 and F. Douglas Armstrong '10.
