Dr. James Wallace Gregg died suddenly of angina pectoris in Brattleboro, Vt., February 2.
Dr. Gregg was born in Scotland, March 20, 1843, and came to this country in his boyhood. After graduation he practiced at Ryegate, Vt., whence he removed to Brattleboro in the fall of 1875. For a time he was proprietor of a drug store there, but for the greater part of his residence in Brattleboro he had devoted himself to the practice of his profession.
In April, 1867, he was married to Luthera Cochran of Ryegate, who survives him, with two sons and two daughters.
