THE PRESIDENT'S APPOINTMENTS

On December 7, President Hopkins was a guest of the Manchester Alumni Association, at the Derryfield Club, Manchester, and addressed the members. On December 8, he was a guest and speaker at the annual dinner of the New England Alumni Association of Phillips Exeter Academy, held at the Hotel Somerset, Boston.

Soon after the opening of the college the President will begin a round of visits to the various alumni associations. His itinerary is as follows:

January 11 — Albany, N. Y. January 12 — Rochester, N. Y. January 13 — Cleveland, Ohio January 16 — St. Paul, Minn. January 19 — Chicago, Ill. January 22 — Pittsburg, Penn. January 23 — Washington, D. C. January 25 — New York City January 26 — Boston, Mass.
