Alexander F. Whyte, former member of the British Parliament and a journalist of repute, due to his having founded "The New Europe" and acted as correspondent at the Peace Conference for the London Daily News, spent several days in Hanover the week of February 15-21. He lectured on "Changing Europe" Thursday evening, February 19, and on "The House of Commons and the Cabinet" at 4 p. m. the same day. Mr. Whyte was a guest of the Social Science division at a dinner during his stay in Hanover. On Friday his third address was on the subject, "Conflicting Forces at the Peace Conference."
