BRONZE PLAQUE AWARD RESUMED BY COLLEGE
December 1921

Dartmouth will resume this year the practice, interrupted by the war, of awarding a bronze plaque to that school whose entering delegation of three or more men has the best average scholastic record for the first semester. As out of the 315 schools which have contributed to this year's freshman class no less than 65 have each sent three or more men, competition for the plaque should be particularly keen, and the results instructive.

An innovation this year will be to have attached to the mahogany base of the plaque a bronze plate with the names and college standing of the individual members of the winning delegation engraved thereon.

A statement concerning the ranking schools in this competition will be made public early in the second semester.
