The annual meeting of the Association of the Alumni of Dartmouth College was held in room 103, Dartmouth Hall, at two o'clock.
President Merrill Shurtleif '92 called the meeting to order and then called upon the Rev. Roger A. Dunlap '00 to offer prayer.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The President then appointed as a nominating committee the following:

The Treasurer's Report was presented by Perley R. Bugbee '9O showing receipts and expenditures as follows:

Lafayette R. Chamberlin '05, in behalf of the Council of the Alumni, then presented the following amendments to the constitutions of the Alumni Association and the Alumni Council. The changes from the present constitution are indicated by italics.
Proposed Changes in the Constitution of the Association of the Alumni.
Article 4 — Section 1
(Add this sentence) This committee, of which the Secretary of the Association shall be a member, shall be appointed by the President of the Association at some time prior to March 1 of each year.
Article 4 — Section 4
(p. 11, line 29) ... no alumnus of less than three years' standing, however, shall be eligible to vote for the nomination of any trustee or for the election of a councilor. . . .Article 5 — Section 7
In case of a vacancy, or vacancies, occuring in any alumni trusteeship otherwise than by the expiration of a stated term of five years, the Council shall be forthwith informed thereof by the Secretary of the Association. Nominationfor the vacancy, or vacancies, shall then bemade at the next regular meeting of the Council and the balloting shall take place as soonas practicable thereafter. If, however, it shallappear to the Executive Committee of theAlumni Council desirable for any reason toexpedite such election, a special meeting of theCouncil may be called to effect a nomination. The name of such a candidate shall be published (etc. as already in the constitution.) Article 5 — Section5—Section 5
The polls shall close an June 10th.
Proposed. Changes in the Constitution of the Council of the Alumni
Article 3 — Section 1
The officers of this Council shall be a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer. There shall also be an Executive Committeeconsisting of the president, secretary and threeother members, and such sub-committees as theCouncil, in its discretion, may from time totime appoint.
Article 3 — Section 2
These officers and the Executive Committee shall be elected annually for a term of one year.
Article 4 — Section 2
The Council shall meet not less than twiceannually and one of the meetings shall beheld in Hanover, N. H. at such time beforethe annual meeting of the Association ofAlumni of Dartmouth College as may seemexpedient to the Council. The date of thismeeting shall be decided upon at the fallmeeting of the Council, provided, howeverthat at any time this date may be changed byorder of the Executive Committee.
Article 5 — Section 2—Subsection 4
The elective membership shall be as follows: 3 members from the New England States andthat part of Canada, including Quebec and theProvinces to' the cast; (etc. as already in theconstitution.)

Three members from the States of NewYork New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, states south of the Ohio River and east of the Mississippi River, the District of Columbia, and the Province of Ontario inCanada; (etc., as already in the constitution.)
Three members from the Rocky Mountain and Pacific States, including all states and CanadianProvinces, not hereinbefore mentioned andall outlying possessions of the United States (etc. as already in the constitution.)
Discussion ensued, and it was moved and voted that the amendments as presented be adopted.
The President then presented Edwin J. Bartlett '72, who, in behalf of the semicentennial class, presented as their spokesman George B. French, who presented the record of his class and its services to the College and the country. Professor Bartlett then presented individually to the meeting the fourteen members of the class who were in attendance at the reunion .
It was then moved and voted that the Secretary of the Association be instructed to send a message to Edward Tuck '62 containing the felicitations of those assembled at the annual meeting of the Association, on the occasion of the sixtieth anniversary of Mr. Tuck's graduation from College and their regret at his absence.
It was further moved and voted that the Secretary send to Josiah W. Barstow '46, the oldest living alumnus of the College, the affectionate greetings of the assembled alumni.
The nominating committee was then called upon for its report and presented the following nominations to the Association for the year 1922-1923:
