(The following items are contributed by Herbert S. Austin.)

Paul Applin has evidently struck oil down in Texas. He was wedded on October 3 to Esther English Richards of Houston, and will continue to live there in domestic bliss.

Jim Gregg and Adele Chandler were made one on October 11 at Plymouth, Mass. The young lady is the sister of Clyf. Jim will now have to sell more bonds to meet the rent month by month. His office address is Parkinson and Burr, Boston.

We hear rumors that Enders Voorhees has taken to himself a wife. The New York boys here for the Harvard game did not know the details. Who knows about it?

Cap Lawrence according to announcement received recently is engaged to Mary Scatter-good Hoag of Haverford, Pa. Cap is in Groton, Mass., teaching.

Bill Slater and wife announce the arrival of Patricia on September 22. Bill is in Providence selling bonds.

Ted Marriner according to reports has returned from the foreign field, and will be located for the next couple of years in Washington. We presume that the State Department will claim his attention.

Hod Potter after sojourning in Cuba, Haiti, and the islands of the sea has returned to New England, and has been reinstated on the mailing list. Hod appeared in Hanover recently with a wife and an ambition to settle in Maine. His address as yet is indefinite.

The Harvard game brought out some thirty men at the night-before dinner held at the City Club. Many others who could not escape the wives appeared for the mass meeting afterwards. The seats at the game were good, and a large crowd of 14ers was in evidence. The victory was the first that any of us has seen in the Stadium since entering college. Enthusiasm naturally ran high.

The Cornell game drew a good crowd of 14ers to Hanover. The result was not as satisfactory as the previous week, but the boys were glad to get back to the old town again. Jack Piane had arranged a dinner, which was attended by all who could stay over.

Reunion plans for next June are going forward in good shape. Possibly before this material appears in print the committee will have a bulletin in shape to mail. Everyone get behind the committee and talk things up. Each man is responsible for several in his vicinity. When called upon be ready with any help desired.
