Comparison with six other colleges brings to light the fact that the fraternity plant at Rutgers is below the average, although the college plant itself undoubtedly measures up to standard. The value per resident of the fraternities at Rutgers is practically the same as that at Wesleyan, but below Lafayette, Williams, Lehigh, and Dartmouth.
