HOWE WINS CONTEST FOR BEST EDITORIAL
W.E. Howe '23, editor-in-chief of TheDartmouth wrote the winning editorial on "Physical Development as a Requisite for a College Degree" in the competition recently under the auspices of the Dartmouth chapter of Pi Delta Epsilon, the national journalistic fraternity. Editorials by A.E. Hadlock '24 and H.F. Ranney '24 were given honorable mention.
