Dartmouth 1928 31, Clark 14

Although the eligibility rules had claimed two of its stars the first-year quintet possessed sufficient strength to set back the Clark School, local preparatory institution, 31-14, on January 10. The five-man defense of the school boys bothered the Green plebes at the start of the contest but the excellent passing of the latter soon overcame this difficulty. Had their shooting been more accurate they could have won by a larger score.
