PARKER SUCCEEDS DOOLEY AS GRIDIRON LEADER

Nathan Kuhns Parker '26 of Bellevue, Pa., was elected captain of the 1925 Dartmouth football team at a meeting of the letter men. Parker, tackle on the varsity eleven for the past two years, succeeds H. B. Bjorkman '25 in place of E. B. Dooley '26, who has resigned from College.

Parker is vice-president of his class and a member of the Christian Association Cabinet. He won his numerals playing tackle on the 1925 football team and was also a member of his freshman baseball squad, playing first base.

His name has been on the scholastic honor list every semester that he has been in College, his average being higher than that required for election to Phi Beta Kappa. In addition to football activities he has won his varsity letter in track, putting the shot.

His consistent playing in the Dartmouth line last fall earned him honorable mention in Walter Camp's list of Ail-American choices.

Parker is a member of the Green Key and of the Psi Upsilon fraternity.
