Mrs. Charlotte (Blaisdell) Ruggles, widow of the late Professor Edward R. Ruggles, died May 15 at the home of her son, Daniel B. Ruggles '90, in the Jamaica Plain district of Boston. Two other surviving sons are Edward F. Ruggles '94 and Dr. Arthur H. Ruggles '02.
