The most colorless game of the present basketball season went to the team representing the Crescent A. C. of New York, when Dartmouth was defeated 30 to 25 in Alumni Gymnasium February 7. Lacking Whittaker, star center, around whom the play of the team had been built the Dartmouth attack failed completely to trouble the New York team and the defense was unable to cope with the scoring tactics of the opposition.

Kurtz, of the Crescents, scored 16 points for his team while for Dartmouth Langdell scored 12.
