W. C. BEERS '21 OF ROOSEVELT CREW

Word was received recently in Hanover that among the members of the crew of the U.S.S. President Roosevelt who volunteered to man life boats for the rescue of the crew of the British steamer Antinoe, during the storm which raged on the Atlantic during the last week in January, was Wilson C. Beers ex-21.

While at Dartmouth Beers played football and as a member of the track team won the Intercollegiate shot-putting title. He was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity.
