The Dartmouth Freshman basketball team continued an unbroken string of victories by defeating Colby Academy 42 to 22 at Hanover Feb. 20, and Lebanon High School 28 to 15, Feb. 24. Against Colby Pierce, of the Freshmen, scored 14 points, and Hein 13.

At Providence, March 5, coach Stark's freshman team played a fast game against the Brown University freshmen and won by a score of 25 to 19. Austin, starred for the Dartmouth team.

The Freshmen then journeyed to Dean Academy where they came from behind to win by a score of 40 to 36 one of the closest games of their season. At Andover, playing their last game of this year's schedule, the team was defeated by the strong school boy quintet, the score being 28 to 24. Avery, of Andover, who scored 17 of his team's 28 points, was mainly responsible for this one defeat in the freshman record.
