The annual get-together of the Dartmouth men engaged in teaching in New Hampshire was held at the Laconia Tavern, Laconia, N. H., at a luncheon on Friday, October 21st, at the time of the meeting of the New Hampshire State Teachers' Association. The attendance totalled 40 and included L. J. Rundlett '81, W. O. Smith '91, C. Reed '09, Arthur S. Rollins '10, W. J. English '13, F. S. Jewett '13, R. H. Leavitt '16, L. B. Badger '18, H. J. Morse '19, K. C. Bean '21, Parker Hicks '24, J. M. Moyes '24, F. J. Tonis '24, R. E. Tucker '24, and M. J. Wright '26.
In addition to the above, there were present Professor Arthur D. Wright and Mr. Phillip A. Cowen of the Department of Education, Professor Clyde Hill of Yale, as a guest of State Commissioner of Education Butterfield, and several others whose names were not secured. Commissioner Butterfield spoke reminiscently of his college professors at Dartmouth and the group dispersed about two o'clock, some to attend the afternoon sessions of the Association and others to commence the pilgrimage to the Harvard Stadium.
