The Players Score Again
DECEMBER 1927

The Players score a success in the George M. Cohan farce, "Seven Keys to Baldpate" which they produced the evening of the Cornell game. The play was an ideal one to amuse the mixed group which had just returned from the exhilarating experience of watching a football game. M. C. Pollock '2B acted the role of the hero with a sureness of touch which evoked the praise of The Dartmouth's reviewer. The production reflected the ability of The Players director, Mr. Walter H. Stainton, and his staff.

Three one-act plays will comprise the Players' second production this year to be given December 9. The plays, which are now in rehearsal, are: "The Valiant" by Holworthy Hall and Robert Middlemass, "The Dark Lady of the Sonnets" by George Bernard Shaw, and "Fancy Free" by Stanley Houghton.
