"Dartmouth College News," the 16 mm. movie service, announces that its first release of the year will shortly be completed and will be available to clubs and associations as well as individual alumni for showings. The two reels, 400 feet each, will feature football. Shots of the Columbia, Harvard, Yale, Cornell and Navy games will be included as well as especially arranged pictures of the varsity showing its repertoire of plays, and movies of the coaches.

A variety of other subjects is included in the release. Commencement of 1929, student activities at the opening of college this fall, aerial views of Hanover, new buildings, and incidental shots of interest to Dartmouth men and prospective students make up the films. A feature will be pictures of Edward Tuck '62 and of Lord Dartmouth which were taken by President and Mrs. Hopkins during their European trip last spring.

These films may be secured at a rental of $lO or the entire series of three releases for the year may be subscribed to for $25. Films of last year, seven in number, may be rented at $5. The movies of Carnival and of spring activities have been particularly popular and are suitable for home shows or for showing to secondary school students as well as to alumni clubs.
