"We should be better," says Coach Ellie Noyes. His 1966 varsity cross-country squad will show more depth and more experience; and there should be more of them. The only big loss is Captain Roy Benson. The best upperclassmen from the "ABC" team of '65 back are Steve Atwood, Greg Audette, Captain Per Bang-Jensen, Bill Bridge, and Steve Calvert. The sophomore help will come from Mark Alvarez, Dave Warner, Dave Rouse, Al Traynor, frosh Captain Scott McGinness, and Harry Doyle.

The latest Dartmouth cross-country schedule is challenging. Harvard and Brown, according to Coach Noyes, are still the Ivy teams to beat.
