Alumni Dinners

The annual dinner of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Connecticut was held in Bridgeport April 12. Extensive publicity resulted in drawing 125 alumni from all parts of the state to the banquet. The speakers were Dean Craven Laycock, Prof. S. L. Joshi and H. R. Heneage, supervisor of Dartmouth athletics. "Dartmouth College News" in the form of the latest movie release picturing Carnival and winter sports was shown before the dinner.

S. F. Eaton '11 and H. R. Horton '27 were largely responsible for the successful gathering. It was voted to hold the next dinner of the Connecticut alumni in Willimantic.

The Dartmouth Club of Rhode Island held its annual dinner in Providence April 13. Prof. S. L. Joshi gave the address of the evening and the latest college movies were shown. Fletcher P. Burton '10 and Adam A. Sutcliife 'l5 are the officers of the Rhode Island Association.
