The tentative program for the one hundred and sixtieth Commencement has been announced by Eugene F. Clark, Secretary of the College. Commencement activities begin Friday, June 14, with the arrival of alumni and parents and the regular spring meeting of the Alumni Council of the College. The program continues through Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and closes with the alumni luncheon Tuesday noon, June 18, following the graduation exercises in Webster Hall in the morning.

Saturday, June 15, is class day. In the morning there will be a second meeting of the Alumni Council and in the afternoon the class day exercises of the graduating class will be held on the campus, at the Bema, and at the Old Pine. During the afternoon the new Carpenter Art Building will be open for inspection, both on this day and during the remainder of the Commencement season. The Players will repeat "Double Trouble," the Carnival show, Saturday evening in Webster Hall, and following this there will be a promenade concert on the campus by the Dartmouth Band.

Sunday, June 16, is Baccalaureate Day. The Baccalaureate sermon will be given in the chapel in the morning. In the afternoon President and Mrs. Ernest M. Hopkins will give a reception at the President's house to alumni, members of the graduating class, and their guests. In the evening there will be an organ recital in the chapel and there will also be reunions of the alumni of the Medical School, the Thayer School, and the Tuck School.

Alumni Day will be observed Monday, June 17. The baseball team will play Cornell in the morning as the principal athletic event of Commencement. In the afternoon there will be a meeting of the general Alumni Association and a reception to the fifty-year class, the class of 1879, will be held. There will also be in the afternoon a meeting of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, an informal organ recital and fraternity reunions. In the evening the Musical Clubs will give a concert in Webster Hall. After the concert the band will give a program on the campus, and following this the social events of the week-end will conclude with the annual Commencement ball in the Alumni Gymnasium.
