Mr. Willard T. McLaughlin '25

Mr. Willard T. Mclaughlin'25 is the author of "Atlantic Coastal Plain Plants in the San Barrens of Northwestern Wisconsin." This has been reprinted from Ecological Monographs for July, 1932. Mr. McLaughlin is also the author of "Preliminary Reports on the Flora of Wisconsin XIV. Hypericaceae," which has been reprinted from the Transactions of the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters, for May, 1931.

The Huntington Press of New York City has announced' for publication "The Furniture Designs of Chippendale, Hepplewhite, Sheraton." This publication will appear in three volumes with five hundred illustrations. The work bears an introduction by Homer Eaton Keyes '00.

The October issue of the Auk contains an article "Daily Life of the American Eagle: Early Phase" by Francis H. Herrick '81.

The September issue of Current History contains an article "The Bonus Army Marches to Defeat" by E. Francis Brown '25.

The July issue of The Review and Expositor, a Baptist Theological Quarterly, contains an article by Reverend Philip W. Crannell '82 "The Supernatural Birth of (the) Christ."

The August issue of the Hoosatonic contains an article by Philip M. Rose '09 "The Village Street."

Arthur D. Holmes '06 and Madeline Piggott and Percy A. Campbell are the authors of an article in the September issue of Poultry Science "The Influence of Sex on the Rate of Growth of Chicks."

The Bureau of Educational Research, Ohio State University, has published a volume "The Personnel Bibliographical Index" by W. H. Cowley '24. This index is highly recommended by personnel officers and librarians. The bibliography indexes over two thousand books and articles, every annotation including two parts, a description and an index classification.

Fred O. Copeland '08 is the author of an illustrated article "Pistols for Two" in the September issue of Travel.
