The much-advertised short subject having Dartmouth winter sports as its central theme and produced by Metro-GoldwynMayer is now being shown in theaters throughout this country and Canada. The picture will also be shown abroad this summer. Through the- cooperation of M-G-M, secretaries of all Dartmouth Clubs will receive advance notice of the showing dates in cities where there are any organized alumni groups. "Dartmouth Days" was given its premier in Hanover on the same bill with "Viva Villa" on May 25 and 26. The winter sports photography, made on the new Alumni Outing Club ski trial, "Hell's Highway," at Mt. Moosilauke, is the highlight of the picture. Jack Draper was the photographer in charge of making the film. He was assisted by Maurice Rapf '35, whose father is an M-G-M executive, and other students and administrative officers. Dialogue by Pete Smith was added at the studio in Culver City, Calif.
A 16 mm. duplicate of the picture may be rented upon application to "Dartmouth College News," the alumni movie service, at the office in Parkhurst Hall, Hanover.
