The latest attraction of the Outing Club is the Fish and Game Department. This is under the guidance of Tommy Dent, varsity soccer coach, and Rip Streater '38, of Winona, Minn. Mr. Dent is known as one of the foremost authorities on fish and game in New Hampshire. He has willingly offered his services to the department, and will also be on the Board of Trustees of the Club. Although bear hunts have not as yet been successful, small game and fowl have proved plentiful this season. Of equal attraction is the program of skeet shoots with local gun clubs.

In the direction of Winter Sports, a skating team has been organized parallel to the ski team. In regard to skiing, although some of our very best skiers are going to be in Europe for the Olympics this winter, plenty of promising material is on hand. One of our representatives on the United States Olympic Ski Team, Dick Durrance '3B, has already left for Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Ted Hunter '37 and Link Washburn '35 are expected to leave shortly, while Warren Chivers '37 plans to depart the third of January, with the rest of the American team.
