Dr. Edwin Brant Frost was one of the contributors to The Animated Magazine at Rollins College, Winter Park, Fla., on February 24, his subject being "The Bursting Star. ' And on the evening of February 26, Dr. Frost gave an illustrated lecture on "The Splendor of the Heavens" in the Congregational Church at Winter Park.

The "University Club of Winter Park at its first annual meeting elected Mr. James W. Newton as secretary-treasurer for the ensuing year.

This club was organized in March 1934 and is made up of professional, scientific and educational men, largely retired. There are three college presidents (retired), a "flock" of "professor emeritus," and a few plain retired business men. The season closed with a lecture by Dr. E. O. Grover (Dartmouth 1894) on "The Romance of the Book," which complemented the lecture of Prof. Seligman two weeks before.
