THE DARTMOUTH CLUB of Cleveland has held the usual Saturday luncheons at the Mid-Day Club since Labor Day. Robert B. Keeler '11, past political manipulator of this organization, has returned to Cleveland and is rumored to be combining forces with H. McK. Haserot '10, who is the current power behind the scenes. Another addition to the roster is James Hamilton '22 from Hanover, new head of Cleveland City Hospital, who often attends the luncheons along with Dr. Robert M. Stecher '19 of City Hospital.
A joint gathering with the Yale Club to hear a broadcast of the game at New Haven brought out an overflow crowd. A special train was arranged for with the Cornell Club to run to the game at Ithaca. At an earlier meeting the two movie reels featuring last year's victory over Yale were shown. Football has seized the attention of alumni in this area as forcefully as in undergraduate days. However, while worrying about the football team we find that Harold G. Mosier '12 was elected Congressman-at large from Ohio and that H. S. Duffy '20 was elected Attorney General of Ohio in the recent balloting. Both are good Democrats (need we say).
