NEW HAMPSHIRE ANNOTATIONS TO THE AMERICAN LAW INSTI TUTE'S RESTATEMENT OF THE LAW OF CONTRACTS.
December 1936 James P. Richardson '99.

Prepared by Conrad E. Snow '12 (assisted by L. C. Hardwick) pp. 191, 1936, American Law Institute Publishers, St. Paul.

As the great work of the American Law Institute in "restating the common law" progressed, it became evident that a necessary corollary to it would be the compilation and publication of "state annotations" relating the work of the Institute to the actual decisions of the courts of each state. For the important topic of "Contracts" this work has been well and painstakingly done, for New Hampshire, by Conrad Snow '12, who is rapidly assuming the position of great influence at the New Hampshire Bar, so long held by his father, Judge Leslie P. Snow '86.

Every lawyer in the state will need this book for daily reference.
