The International Intercollegiate Hockey League, which has been in the air for the past few months, was definitely formed on February 29 when representatives from the members of the Quadrangular League met with representatives from four Canadian colleges and completed plans for next winter. Delegates from Dartmouth, Harvard, Yale, and Princeton agreed to join forces with McGill, Toronto, Montreal and Queens, with the regular home-and-home series of the American members counting toward both the Quadrangular and International League titles. The American and Canadian members will meet each other just once during the series, while on the Canadian end the four teams will engage in a home-and-home series similar to that of the Quadrangular League. The league standing will be determined by the point system now in vogue in the professional leagues, a victory counting two points and a tie one point.
Dartmouth next year will travel to Montreal to play McGill and the University of Montreal on successive nights, while Toronto and Queens will appear in Hanover for single games. Harvard will follow the same schedule, while Yale and Princeton will engage Toronto and Queens in Canada. The following season the procedure will be reversed.
