Aborn has been elected president of the Rhode Island Arborists Association for his third term. He and President Cox represented '93 at the Boston alumni dinner.

It is good to hear that Kinney's stay of some weeks in the hospital resulted in much benefit to his health and that he is back home again.

At the New Hampshire presidential primary Calef was elected alternate delegate at large to the Democratic national convention.

At the town meetings held on the same day Metcalf was elected a member of the Newport planning and zoning commission. Stillings was re-elected town clerk of Surry, and Weston, trustee of trust funds at Derry. The Laconia board of aldermen added to the duties of City Engineer Charles A. French those of measurer of stone, measurer of brick and plastering, measurer of painting, and examiner of plumbers.

At the New England intercollegiate track and field meet held, in Worcester, Mass., -May 24, 1893, Henry Ide won the 220-yard dash and was third in the 220-yard hurdles; McKay was second in the 100-yard dash. At Springfield, May 25, 1892, Ide won both the 220-yard hurdles and the 220-yard dash, and Rufus Baker placed second in the standing broad jump. At Springfield, May 27, 1891, Ide was second in the 100-yard dash and the 220-yard hurdles. At Worcester, May 28, 1890, Freshman Ide won the 220-yard hurdles.
