WHAT WE BELIEVE to be an all-time record was established on March 23 when a dinner of the Dartmouth Alumni Club of Hawaii took the form of an entertaining meeting in Honolulu. There were three generations of Walkers present! Sidney G. Walker '91, Dr. Hastings H. Walker '81, and a future Walker '51. It is only fair to explain that the last named has not as yet presented his credentials to Dean Strong but those are his intentions when the time is ripe to do his share in keeping the Walker line intact at Dartmouth.
We had thirteen present including Prof. "Big Jim" Richardson '99 who gave us all the latest inside news from Hanover. The class of 1921 rather stole the show numerically but 1911 provided the feeling of additional protection in the persons of Col. Patrick J. Hurley and Capt. Thornton Chase of the U. S. Army. We had as "visiting firemen" Ralph E. Ruder '21 of Colorado Springs and Albert E. M. Louer '26 of Chicago.
Others present were: Dean R. DeMerritt '12, Kenneth P. Emory '20, Dr. Arthur W. Duryea '21, Theodore E. Merriam '21, Win- slow ;
