THE CURRENT heat wave has left us with nothing to do but examine the weather reports and moan about the deplorable conditions in the so-called snow country. All of the local "Meteorologists" have been poring over the weather maps and the course of every storm that has swept down from Medicine Hat has been carefully followed by the "experts" with the hope that perhaps the tail end would spray the Berkshires with enough snow for at least one week-end. Otherwise, nothing has happened and a better report might be"No snow, no skiing—Temperature disgusting."
