Chief Justice Allen of New Hampshire found time in January to stray from his bailiwick a bit and extend his administration of justice into a neighboring state. The Boston papers had it that he was presiding over the Ames Competition at the Harvard Law School, which seems to be an opportunity for the embryo lawyers to try their wings in argument. When you come down again, Jack, please let us know, so that we can arrange one of the M. Jones-B. Smalley luncheons for Your Honor.

The Treasurer of the class has followed in the wake of the Ringling-Barnum- Bailey circus, the Red Sox ball team, John D. Rockefeller, and other notabilities, and taken up winter quarters in Florida. The Secretary is also there at the present writing, and it is rumored that he and the Treasurer will soon get together and see how much longer the condition of the class treasury will permit them to stay. Any way, they hope to stay long enough to see Eddie Grover in action at his annual "Amindel Magazine" stunt at Rollins College.
