Complete revision of the Saturday program for the 1937 Commencement weekend, June 11 to 14, will transfer the Dartmouth-Maryland baseball game from the afternoon to the morning, will bring the annual Commencement Luncheon at 1 P.M. instead of noon, and will shift the Class Day exercises from the morning to the late afternoon. Other features of Commencement will remain in their customary order, with the President's reception and the Commencement Ball on Friday night, the Baccalaureate sermon on Sunday morning, reunion class outings on Sunday afternoon, and the final Commencement exercises in the Bema on Monday morning. The Rt. Rev. John T. Dallas, Episcopal Bishop of New Hampshire, will deliver the Baccalaureate sermon on Sunday, June 13. Bishop Dallas was honored by Dartmouth in 1922 with the honorary degree of Doctor of Divinity.
As in recent years, secretaries of reuning classes will be able to include the Monday morning graduation exercises in their Commencement programs. The class of honor this June will be that of 1887, which celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of its graduation. Other reuning classes include 1892, 1897, 1902, 1907, 1912, 1917, 1922, 1927, and 1932.
