According to the best connection a plane leaving Newark Airport at 7:00 A.M. (Standard Time) reaches East Boston Airport at 8:19 A.M.; the Boston-Montreal plane leaves Boston at 8:55 A.M. and reaches White River Junction at 9:55 A.M.
