THE END of summer marked the resumption of the Friday luncheons at the Hotel Powers, visitors to Rochester please note. In addition to the dozen or so regulars who can be counted on for steady appearance we were delighted to welcome a newcomer, A. A. Simoneau '15, late of Cleveland, who has been sent here, permanently we hope, by the United Shoe Machinery Company.

Plans are well under way for the operation of a special train to Ithaca for the Cornell game and from the present indications at this early date its success is assured.
