The Dartmouth Secretaries Association will hold its 34th annual meeting in Hanover on Friday and Saturday, May 13 and 14, at which time the secretaries of alumni classes and associations will be guests of the College for the week-end. The opening business session will be held in the 190 a Room of Baker Library on Friday afternoon, adjourning at 4:30 to the President's House where President and Mrs. Hopkins will entertain the secretaries and their wives at an informal tea and reception.

The annual dinner will be held in Thayer Hall, the new upperclass dining center, for the first time. President Hopkins, Owen A. Hoban '99, president of the Association, Sigurd S. Larmon '14, chairman of the Alumni Fund Committee, and Carl F. von Pechmann '38, secretary of the senior class, will be the dinner speakers. The business sessions will be resumed on Saturday morning, and the afternoon will be left free for recreation, including a league baseball game with Cornell, a track meet with Holy Cross, a lacrosse game with New Hampshire, and various freshman contests. The privilege of Hilton Field for golf will be extended to the secretaries. On Saturday evening a party will be held at the Hanover Inn Ski Hut, with skiing movies and informal talks by Captain Dave Bradley and Dick Durrance of the ski team.

Mr. Hoban will preside over the business sessions of the Association. Others participating in the program include the Rev. Myiron W. Adams '81, Prof. Francis J. Neef, Prof. Herbert Hill, Warde Wilkins '13, William H. McCarter '19, Harold P. Hinman '10, Sidney C. Hayward '26, and Norman Stevenson '05.
