Sale of the entire plant of the Dartmouth Press in Hanover was made to Arthur B. Rotch 'OB of Milford, N. H., William B. Rotch '37, his son, and Arthur S. Morris of Littleton, N. H., on March 31. The new corporation started business on the following day under the name of the Dartmouth Printing Company.

The elder Mr. Rotch, who has taken active charge of the Hanover plant, is owner and manager of the Cabinet Press in Milford, a printing business established in 1802 and kept in the family for 129 years. His son William, who as an undergraduate was publicity director for the Dartmouth Outing Club and undergraduate editor of the MAGAZINE, will divide his time between the Milford and Hanover plants. Mr. Morris, the third member of the corporation, is owner and manager of the Courier Printing Company in Littleton. Also associated with the new Dartmouth Printing Company is Kenneth W. Foley '24 of Littleton, who will be in charge of sales and typography.
