The Dartmouth Plaque, awarded each year to that school whose delegation of three or more men in the freshman class makes the best scholastic record during the first semester, has been awarded this year to The Albany Academy of Albany, N. Y., whose delegation of three students made a scholastic average of 3.33. Members of the ranking delegation are Douglas P. Bridge of Albany, Werner L. Neudorf of Cambridge, Mass., and John A. Van Wie Jr.,-of Troy, N. Y.
Second honors went to the Northwood School of Lake Placid, N. Y., whose four representatives had an average of 3.25, and third honors went to The Blake School of Minneapolis, whose three graduates had an average of 3.0. Other ranking delegations were those from Deerfield Academy, ten men, 2.68; The Episcopal Academy of Overbrook, Pa., three men, a.66; Classical High School of Springfield, Mass., four men, 2.65; and Scarsdale High School of Scarsdale, N. Y., three men, 2.6.
