Magazine Wins Prize
In the recent contest of the American Alumni Council, the DARTMOUTH ALUMNI MAGAZINE was awarded first prize for the best balanced alumni publication in the country for 1938. A framed certificate of the award has been presented to Editor Sidney C. Hayward '26 and has been hung in the MAGAZINE office in Parkhurst Hall.
The Dartmouth alumni publication has been a consistent prize winner in the annual contests of the American Alumni Council. In 1935 it received first prize for the best class notes section, and the year before that it received second honors in the nation-wide competition for the best all-around alumni magazine.
