THE SECRETARY of the General Association of Alumni, Sidney C. Hayward '26, announces the results of nominations for filling vacancies on the Alumni Council at the expiration of several terms of office on June 30. Nominations closed March 10.

There are three cases of reelection of present incumbents to the customary second term of three years, without, contest. These cases are: in District I (New England States), Edward K. Robinson 'O4 of Boston; in District IV (Middlewestern States), Thomas B. Curtis '32 of St. Louis; in District V (Southern States), Charles G. Milham 'O6 of Williamsburg, Va.

A contest in District II exists between the candidacies of Karl R. Maerker 'lO of Pittsburgh for reelection to a second term of three years; Clark Weymouth '26 of Rochester, N. Y.; and Andrew Marshall II '22 of Bethlehem, Pa. Mail ballots will be sent later to all graduates of the College in the states of Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. The polls will close June to.

In District 111, which consists of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Ontario, Canada, John W. Embree Jr. '2l of Chicago has been nominated by the alumni of Chicago for a first term of three years on the Council. In District VI, consisting of the Rocky Mountain and Pacific States, E. Patrick Kelly 'O9 of Seattle was nominated by the alumni of Seattle and Denver for a first term of three years on the Council. Mr. Embree and Mr. Kelly are not opposed by any other nominees in their respective districts, and they will, accordingly, be declared elected in June.
