Living Alumni
DARTMOUTH'S LIVING ALUMNI on October totaled exactly 19,500, it is reported by Miss Charlotte Ford, alumni recorder. This grand total is made up of 12,846 graduates, 5,868 non-graduates, 352 Medical School alumni, 25 Thayer School alumni, 52 Tuck School alumni, 59 recipients of advanced degrees, 56 special students, 146 recipients of honorary degrees, and 96 faculty members granted Dartmouth degrees in privatim. Among its 19,500 alumni the College has lost track of only 219 persons.
The ten oldest living graduates of the College are Dr. Zeeb Gilman '63 of Redlands, Calif., who will be 100 years old next May 13; Omar W. Folsom '69, gatll Me., aged 96; Henry A. Kendall '66, Sora erville, Mass., aged 95; Charles F. Ober v." Manchester, N. H., aged 93; Charles G Johnson '7l, Pasadena, Calif., aged g2. Frank H. Hardison '76, Wellesley Hill, Mass., aged 91; Herbert S. Hutchinson V Milford, N. H., aged 91; Theodore c Hunt '76, Canoga Park, Calif., who will be 91 on November 14; George Burbed V Lodi, Calif., aged 90; and William W. Flint '7l, Concord, N. H., aged 90.
