There were the traditional cake and candles and congratulatory calls from neighbors and friends Sanborn's 75th, which occurred about the same time, was made the occasion for a surprise banquet tendered by the executives and employes of Sanborn Company in honor of the founder. One hundred were present. The speakers dealt with the progress of the company since formation in 1917 and the development of a community feeling among its employes. The Cambridge Chronicle, issued January 25th, carried a full account. Frank at 75 still indulges in the game of squash.
