BILL MARSH '31 was host to the Dartmouth Club of Georgia at their meeting on May 3. Memories of the March meeting with President Hopkins were still fresh and the echoes from it took much of the attention of the group. The nominating committee consisting of Joel Harris '15 and Henly Sturgess '17 presented as a slate of officers for the coming year: Frank O'Gara '23, President, and Austin Starrett '29, Sec.-Treas. In the absence of further nominations from the floor these were declared elected.

The club as one man rose in a vote of thanks to Alva Wilson '25 who is retiringafter three years of continuous and untiring service. The news that Dick Howell '35, retiring secretary, had been transferred to Racine, Wisconsin, was the one unwelcome note in an otherwise jolly evening.

Plans were considered for the annual outing of the Club early in June as a grand finale of the season.
